Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The only thing stored in your browser is one small setting (jioji_notice_ok) that remembers you dismissed the notice at the bottom of the page. It contains no personal data. If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will ask for your consent first and nothing of that kind will load before you agree.

What data we process

Server logs: when you open the site, the web server records your IP address, the time, the pages requested and your browser type. We use this only to run and secure the site (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Messages and calls: if you email or phone us, we process the details you give us to answer you and, for orders and catering, to carry them out (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep this data only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law. The site has no contact form, no accounts and no newsletter.

Who else is involved

The website is hosted by Zone Media (zone.ee) in Estonia, which processes server logs for us. Links to Wolt, Bolt Food, order.site, Instagram and Google Maps lead to those services. Nothing is sent to them until you click, and from then on their own privacy policies apply. We do not load any outside scripts, fonts or videos on our pages.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your personal data, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to jhijhiou@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee, info@aki.ee).
